Shares of Puravankara Projects rallied as much as 7.5 percent intraday on Tuesday after the south-based real estate company launched theme based villa project on Bannerghatta road in Bengaluru called "The Sound of Water". The company says inspired by the finest elements of a rainforest, and 35 feet high artificially created waterfall makes it one a unique residential project in the country. The project is coming up on sprawling 20 acres, has 209 villas ranging between 3009 square feet and 4723 square feet, with an approximate base price of Rs 1.92 crore to Rs 4.15 crore respectively, it adds. At 13:03 hours IST, the stock was quoting at Rs 101.05, up 4.77 percent on the BSE.
